Graphical Genotypes WISP/DFW NIL Set I
Near Isogenic Lines (NILs) carrying QTL from landrace accessions in Paragon background
NILs for landrace QTL were created by master assisted selection, using the confidence interval border markers. NIL set I development was started in 2013. Final BC2F2 NILs (BC3 equivalents, approx. 87% Paragon background) were genotyped with the 35k bread wheat axiom chip and the markers arranged along the bread wheat whole genome assembly, with chromosomes running from 1A on the left to 7D on the right.Paragon X Watkins034 QTL
